Perkins is a member of the Rochester Kiwanis Club (past President). He serves as a member of the board of directors of the
Fulton County Chamber of Commerce, the Fulton County Leadership Academy, and of the Fulton County Council on Aging. He has been
actively involved in the Fulton County United Way, where he served as President in 2008.
Family: Married to Teresa.
Perkins is also an elder in the Peru Grace Brethren Church.
