BREAKING NEWS OF THE FIRM

Peterson & Waggoner, LLP would like to thank Bob and Pat Williams for making our recent 2010 Client Appreciation Night a success. We hope that all of our clients and friends had a wonderful evening.

Perkins has been chosen to teach Criminal Law to paralegal students as an Adjunct Professor at Ivy Tech in the Fall of 2010. The class will be taught to students in Warsaw, South Bend, and Elkhart simultaneously through remote video conferencing technology.

Perkins has also recently been named to the board of directors of the Fulton County Leadership Academy.

Waggoner was appointed an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law for Spring 2010 semester. He taught a course titled "Introduction to Issues in Solo and Small Firm Practice." The course had 57 students. It was the first time the topic was taught at Maurer, and is an innovative course for a leading law school.
