General Litigation and Appellate Practice
Courtroom scenes are the images the public has about attorneys. General litigation is the method of resolving disputes between parties over issues of contract or civil damages resulting from injury or accident. The attorneys of Peterson & Waggoner have considerable litigation experience before courts and juries on issues of general legal interest. Trials on nearly any issue common to Fulton County or Northern Indiana have been handled. If you have an issue which may result in general litigation, please feel free to contact us and speak with an attorney.
The appellate practice follows a litigation practice. One or another party is dissatisfied with the result from the trial court and seeks review in the Indiana Court of Appeals or Indiana Supreme Court. The attorneys of Peterson & Waggoner have represented a number of parties in appellate work.
